Q. I want to migrate to Australia, what do I do now?

A. Please forward your CV detailing your date of birth, educational qualifications and work experience to our office by email or facsimile. If you are married, please also forward a copy of your spouse's CV. If you have any near relatives who are permanently residing in Australia, please provide details of the relationship and where they live in Australia.

Q. What qualification do I need to have in order to migrate to Australia?

A. If you are interested in applying for skilled migration to Australia you must be employed in an occupation on the skilled occupation list. Each occupation has an assessing body that determine if an applicant's skills and qualifications are equivalent to an Australian standard and suitable for the nominated occupation. It is necessary to receive a favourable skills assessment from the relevant assessing body to lodge an application for skilled migration to Australia.

Q. Does Ozzie Opportunities have a registered migration agent in-house?

A. Yes. We have our own inhouse registered migration agent. Our Migration Agent is based in our Dubai office, however he visits the Oman, Bahrain and London offices to meet with clients on a regular basis.

Q. What if my application gets rejected? What is the guarantee?

A. Ozzie Opportunities would only take on an application that, in our professional opinion, has a realistic chance of success. If an application is rejected on the grounds of failed medicals or police clearances, or the lodgement of false documents, then Ozzie Opportunities is not responsible. An official contract is given to each client stating the above and that a refund of fees will be given if a client's application is wrongly presented by our office.

Q. Why do I need to use a migration agent?

A. Australian immigration is a complicated and time-consuming issue. By engaging the services of a registered migration agent you are getting the benefits of up to date and accurate advise, professional services, and complete guidance throughout the migration process.

Q. What if we get transferred during the migration procedure?

A. This is not a problem; Ozzie Opportunities will continue to manage your visa application from our nearest office.
